The task at hand involved creating entertaining and interactive training materials to provide valuable customer service tips for a fictional theme park named Above and Beyond. Initially, I began by drafting a concise branding document that outlined elements such as the logo, typeface, and colour palette to be employed. Subsequently, I utilised these guidelines to develop user interfaces for the dashboard and crafted several mock-ups illustrating how the training screens would appear and function, employing the prototyping feature within Adobe XD.
